Community Association Law

The Firm is able to provide full service representation to condominium associations, homeowner associations and cooperatives. While the majority of the Firm’s community association clients are the associations/cooperatives, the Firm also provides representation to unit owners. Representation of both associations/cooperatives and unit owners has given the Firm the ability to evaluate a matter from the perspective of both sides and put the Firm in a position to guide and represent the client in the most effective manner.
